Room charges must be settle on before 12.00 pm thereafter, guest are allowed to change room if necessary. No switching of room will be allowed after 1.00 pm.

• Cancellation fee

Fees of 50% of room rates is chargeable to customers  who have paid & registered for the room but wish to make cancellation.

• Surcharge rate will be imposed on public holiday, Gazatted public holidays, Friday and Saturday.

• Room reservation are held until 6.00 pm unless guaranteed by accepted credit card of one night deposit.
